Our Approach

We believe that receiving a LAES order is not a question of if , but when , so we have developed a model which focuses on readiness.  Subsentio does not provide "just-in-time" solutions; all technologies are permanently placed.  Our design standardizes all technical, procedural and administrative aspects between the service provider and law enforcement in advance and throughout the lifecycle of an intercept. 

The key service provider and law enforcement network elements involved in lawful intercept solutions are incorporated into our monitoring environment. This allows us to provide critical notifications to all specified contacts should an element fail during the course of an intercept.

We work with our service provider clients to maintain this state of readiness through regular audits of possible changes to their technologies, procedures or compliance requirements. This state of readiness includes our relationships with law enforcement so that they are continually updated on connectivity, network upgrades and any pending maintenance windows that may affect a LAES order.
