Subsentio is uniquely positioned as a Trusted Third Party with both law enforcement and private sector lawful intercept experience.  Its’ personnel have worked with the 2 leading manufacturers for lawful intercept equipment in the United States, SS8 Networks and Verint Systems and include former engineers from Verisign’s NetDiscovery™ Trusted Third Party service.

Its’ law enforcement experience includes personnel with decades of experience performing lawfully authorized electronic surveillance either directly as federal agents or on behalf of law enforcement for service providers. The breadth and depth of this experience has led to numerous successful intercepts for law enforcement to date and a growing request for help from within the law enforcement community in assisting with difficult intercept challenges.

In addition, Subsentio personnel have been instrumental in the passage of the original Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (CALEA) and the Second Report and Order.  It’s this strong background that Subsentio brings to the primary problem in the lawful intercept industry today; how to provide cost effective solutions for CALEA compliance for service providers.
