Subsentio Comments to the FCC 2007

In 2004 and 2005, Subsentio supplied comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) and Declaratory Ruling in the matter of Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act and Broadband Access and Services. In those comments, Subsentio accurately addressed the most pressing argument against the ruling; that of the true costs for compliancy based on a Trusted Third Party model.
