Board of Advisors:

Subsentio has established the Advisory Board for the purpose of assisting the Subsentio executive management team in its ongoing mission of strategic business development and the operational direction for the global Trusted Third-Party market.  Advisory Board members are selected for their industry leadership, background in law enforcement technical operations (lawful intercept, legal demand processing, technical analysis services), role in telecommunications industry and related consulting services, and recognizing their academic and professional achievements.

 

Patrick Fair:

Patrick Fair is internationally recognized for his knowledge in cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy laws and rules.  Patrick was a principal of global law firm, Baker McKenzie for 20 years and now is the principal of Patrick Fair Associates.  Patrick is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Information Technology, Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment at Deakin University, the Chairman of the Communications Security Reference Panel at the Communications Alliance, a member of the IoT Alliance of Australia Security Workstream and General Advisor and an author of LexisNexis Practical Guidance Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Privacy.  He is also a founder and 2 term president of the Internet Industry Association of Australia and a former president of the Law Society of NSW.

Bill Holt:

Bill Holt is widely recognized internationally for his extensive experience and expertise in Telecom and IT where he has leveraged a strong focus on operational efficiency and productivity to build high-performing teams, penetrate new markets, and grow profitable revenue.  Bill serves as Chairman of PSI Pacific, Horizon Wireless and Horizonte Telecom Chile. He is the honorary President of the China-based International Human Capital Digitalization Commission. Bill began his career at AT&T in management positions and was the Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific Business Services.  He lived and worked for many years in Asia where he is still active in Board and Advisory roles.

Bill has long been active in community service.  He was recognized by the Governor of New Jersey for his contribution to the Governor’s Management Review Commission, was a Founding Advisor of the Hong Kong Chapter of Women in Technology International (WITI) and serves as a mentor in the UStrive College Mentoring Program.  Bill received an MBA degree from Seton Hall University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He has also attended Executive Education programs at Rutgers University, Indiana University, and the International Graduate School of Management – Switzerland.

Bob Sogegian:

Bob Sogegian is a technology-focused executive with over 30 years of experience providing management and technology consulting services.   He is a former Vice President and Officer with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led the firm’s law enforcement and security portfolio with responsibility for results within the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of State.   Bob is the Founder and Managing Partner of consulting firm, EverClear Advisors.

Bob has extensive experience leading businesses focused on applying innovative technology to meet mission and business challenges and enabling digital transformation in delivering client solutions in areas related to cloud services, analytics, cyber security, digital forensics, biometrics, and specialized communications capabilities.  Through his extensive engagement with the international security and law enforcement community, Bob has a unique understanding of the legal and policy landscape and its intersection with technology, as it applies to privacy, lawful access, information sharing, and insider threats.

Bob holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.  He is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Association for Computing Machinery, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and holds a Top-Secret clearance

Jimmy Taylor:

Jimmy Taylor honorably retired, after 25+ years of experience, from the Houston Police Department where he spent the last 12 years of his career in the Criminal Intelligence Division.  Jimmy is a founding member of the Communications Intelligence Unit (CIU).   Jimmy is recognized as a subject matter expert in lawful access and has represented Major Cities Chiefs of Police as well as the International Association of Chiefs of Police on many occasions in Washington, DC and at the Texas Capitol to brief legislators and to give testimony.  Jimmy also has held the appointment of Special Deputy United States Marshal for over 12 years and was assigned to the Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force.  He has testified as an expert in State and Federal Courts, presenting information on lawfully accessed electronic communications and cellular network forensics.    He is a nationally recognized expert in cellular network forensics for 2g, 3g, 4g, and 5g networks; WiFi; and radio frequency, triangulated, timing-advance, and GPS-derived location deduction and inference, calling (pattern-of-life) analysis, location analysis, forensic extraction downloads analysis and digital “fingerprint” analysis. Jimmy is the Founder and Principal of Cell Data Experts, a consulting services practice for electronic communications and cellular network digital forensics.
