SUMMARY

Subsentio, an industry leader in providing Trusted Third Party CALEA and Lawful Intercept Services, is looking to hire a Communications Network and Systems Sales Engineer to help design and integrate Subsentio lawful intercept services and products into carrier and enterprise networks. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of bids, proposals, and presentations of solutions to customers. Additional responsibilities include conducting technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential prospects as well as engaging potential customers to obtain adequate network and technical information to support the design of a solution.
Ideal candidates will have hands on experience with the following network devices and infrastructures: enterprise/carrier routers and switches session border controllers, media gateways, SIP proxies, VoIP switches, mobile broadband data network elements, and IMS systems. Experience with other carrier grade networking equipment will also be considered. A CCNP Routing and Switching, or CCNP Service Provider or equivalent certification would also be desirable. Candidates with prior engineering experience working in a VoIP service provider or ISP networks, and those with prior CALEA Lawful Intercept experience will receive priority consideration.

Job Title:  Analyst

Status: Full time

Department: Records Production

Reports To: Director, Records Management Services

Location: Chantilly, VA

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Record Management Services, works with the analyst team to process legal requests for records.  Review, analyze and fulfill due process requests (e.g. subpoenas for communication subscriber records and court orders for lawful electronic surveillance) served on Subsentio’s clients, which include a variety of telecommunications carriers and Internet providers.  Analyze client records for accuracy and authenticity.  Assist with Digital Millennium Copyright Act infringement claim processing.  Interact with technical team, law enforcement, civil parties and others as needed. Provide 24×7 on-call support on a rotating basis with other analysts.  Participate in special projects as needed.  Assist training of newly hired analysts.
