Jonathan Litwiller – President & Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan oversees all aspects of the company’s sales, marketing and operations for the company that has grown from a small consulting firm to one of the largest Trusted Third Parties in the United States.
Prior to Subsentio, Jonathan served as a Special Agent for eight years with the United States Secret Service after earning his law degree. In that no-fail environment, he honed his leadership skills ensuring mission success with driven and diverse teams. Subsequently, Jonathan joined a national non-profit as an executive leading all operations and security, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. With the ability to communicate the big picture to any team Jonathan drives results. Jonathan is a Member of the Subsentio Board of Directors.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Grove City College and a Juris Doctor degree at the School of Law, University of Colorado.
Brandy Rodgers – General Manager
Brandy is involved, along with the company executives, in the development and implementation of strategy, plans, and procedures for the performance and growth of Subsentio. Further, Brandy is tasked with the measure of key operational metrics, managing partners/vendors, managing the Finance and Human Resources functions, and identifying and managing company risks. Prior to Subsentio, Brandy served in a variety of Accounting and Human Resources positions. The Subsentio Board of Directors has appointed Brandy as the company Treasurer.
Brandy is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where she served honorably. Brandy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Regis University, graduating Cum Laude.
Todd McDermott – Chief Security Officer
Todd is responsible for the security of Subsentio’s business and technical operations. He supervises the company’s close cooperation with its communications service provider clients and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) from start to finish during lawfully authorized electronic surveillance to ensure flawless performance of the Subsentio CALEA compliance solutions installed in the client networks, and prompt delivery of evidence to law enforcement.
Todd joined Subsentio from Verint Systems, Inc. As Vice President, Business Development at Verint from January 1999 through November 2015, he advanced new technologies for lawful electronic surveillance products, fueling the company’s rapid growth in the United States and Canada.
Prior to Verint, Todd served 18 years in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, with responsibility for research, development and technical oversight of electronic surveillance systems. Todd represented the Government of Canada for North American telecommunications standards, contributing to standards for lawful electronic surveillance, and hosted and chaired international law enforcement conferences on electronic surveillance.
Todd holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, with a field of study in systems and communications engineering.
Shawn Hannon – Chief Information Security Officer
Shawn is Chief Information Security Officer for Subsentio and oversees all aspects of information technology implementation and support, testing, and cybersecurity.
Prior to Subsentio, Shawn was one of the lead CALEA support engineers at VeriSign running the NetDiscovery™ lab and involved in the engineering, implementing, and testing of all aspects of their CALEA related products. He worked on CALEA solutions with numerous switch manufacturers including Lucent, Nortel, Cisco, Ericsson, Acme Packet, Motorola and ZTE. At VeriSign, Shawn was also involved with supporting multiple law enforcement agencies’ needs including validating and resolving issues with the provisioning, mediation, and delivery of CALEA mandated traffic. This required a working knowledge of several LEA collection devices such as Pen-Link, JSI VB3, and the DCS3000.
Prior to joining VeriSign, Shawn was the lead network tester and surveillance engineer at AT&T Fixed Wireless where he performed network deployment testing and CALEA implementation and testing for new and existing markets.
Shawn graduated Magna Cum Laude from City University of Seattle with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems. In 2014, Shawn received a Master of Cybersecurity and Leadership Degree from the University of Washington. He has actively belonged to the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) of Washington, the Telecommunication Carriers Forum at ASKCALEA (FBI sponsored forum for CALEA activity), and Information System Security Association.
Tom Gudsnuk – Chief Corporate Development & Governance
Tom, along with the company executives is involved in the development and implementation of strategy, plans, and procedures for the performance and growth of Subsentio. Further he is tasked with the overall governance of the company and identifying and managing company opportunities. Tom has over 30+ years experience in business, including being an Executive in technology companies at Javelin Technologies (VP Commercial and Legal Affairs), SS8 Networks (VP Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary), NewNet Communication Technologies (CEO & President, and Board Member), and a Portfolio Manager at a private equity firm. Tom has been an Advisor to companies in Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Environment, Technical Service Providers, Consulting Services, and the procurement of technology solutions for financial institutions. He is a former owner of plastics manufacturing company and has a significant background in CALEA, Business Management, Manufacturing, Tool Design, and as a Consultant to defense contractors in munitions, aviation, and ground support. The Subsentio Board of Directors has appointed Tom as the company Secretary, and a Member of the Subsentio Board of Directors.
Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of New Haven. While working full time, his graduate degrees were completed in the evening programs at the University of Bridgeport where he received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Juris Doctor degree at the School of Law (now Quinnipiac University). Tom is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the U.S District Court.
