Subsentio technical solutions are state-of-the-art for lawful electronic surveillance. Our solutions – Safe Harbor Probe, Safe Harbor Intercept, and Harbor Master – work for traditional telecommunications networks and broadband networks alike. And all three technical approaches are designed to conform to the industry-approved “safe harbor” technical standards adopted to comply with the CALEA (lawful surveillance) statute. The solutions are described further below.
Safe Harbor Probe
With identity-free Ethernet inputs, copper or fiber, the Safe Harbor Probe connects up to four different points in your network.
- Supports CALEA compliance for broadband Internet access, VoIP, and LTE service providers

Safe Harbor Intercept

- Provides interoperability with major switch manufacturers, including Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson,Nokia Siemens, Broadsoft, Acme Packet, Sonus, etc.

Harbor Master
Harbor Master management services manages CALEA intercepts for those customer who have purchased a technical solution but determined that they don’t want to bear the administrative or cost burdens of CALEA management. Harbor Master Services provides end-to-end management of the lawful intercept process. The solution covers all the required steps: receipt, notification, review, validation, surveillance and report. In addition, the solution is expertly installed and integrated with the carrier’s network, rigorously tested, and periodically re-tested to ensure high-level performance.
